Our team has worked hard at perfecting our sizing across our ranges. We recommend taking your own measurements and comparing them to our sizing chart, which you can find here: Size Guide. If you still require assistance with sizing, please contact hello@lahiswim.com; we are always happy to help.
We’re sorry to hear that you received a faulty item. Please email images of the item to hello@lahiswim.com, and our customer service team will assess the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
To stay updated on restocks, please sign up for email notifications on the product page. You’ll be alerted if any items are returned or if we discover additional stock in our warehouse.
Yes, our inner and outer packaging is both biodegradable and compostable. You can add the raw materials to your home compost, where they will break down over time. While our swim are designed to last a lifetime, our packaging is not.
LAHI is designed in Australia. Our minimal collection is produced in the People’s Republic of China (PRC), while our luxe collection is made in Bali, Indonesia. We ensure that all our manufacturing partners adhere to ethical practices and maintain high standards.
We love to collaborate whenever possible! However, our collections are often in high demand, making it challenging to keep up with supplying our tribe. Feel free to DM us on Instagram at @lahi.swim
Discount codes are disabled during sale periods. If you’d like to use a discount code, please wait until the sale has ended and then apply it to your cart.
Our small customer service team at LAHI HQ works hard to respond to all inquiries. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible, so please avoid sending multiple emails. In the meantime, be sure to check your junk folder, as our replies sometimes end up there.
Our office and warehouse are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
- If you would like to pick up your order locally, please arrange a time to do so within these hours - You will receive notification and information of the status of your pickup.

Shipping & Delivery
Yes, we proudly offer worldwide shipping!
Delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout. For urgent orders, we recommend selecting EXPRESS. Once your items have left our warehouse, the shipping timeframe is beyond our control. If your items haven’t arrived within the tracking timeframe, please reach out to hello@lahiswim.com. Yes, although Express Post is unavailable for delivery to PO Boxes.
Orders
We strive to ship all orders placed before midday (AEDT) on the same day. Your selected shipping option will determine the delivery timeframe.
Please check your junk email folder first, as our confirmation and tracking emails often end up there. If you still can’t find them, please email us at hello@lahiswim.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

We appreciate your patience! During sale periods, our dedicated team works diligently to process orders. Please allow up to 4 business days for your order to leave our warehouse. You’ll receive an email notification (don’t forget to check your junk folder!) once your items are on their way.
We aim to process all orders within 24 hours on weekdays.
- However, during peak periods, such as sales, public holidays, or the day after a public holiday, processing times may be up to 5 business days.
- During peak periods, we receive a high volume of orders and may need more time to process them.
- We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause! Here are some tips for avoiding delays during peak periods:
- Order early. The earlier you order, the less likely it is that your order will be processed during a peak period.
- Choose a shipping method that is not affected by peak periods. For example, standard shipping is less likely to be affected by peak periods than express shipping.
Once your order has been picked up from our headquarters, you will receive an email from Lahi and the shipping company with an estimated delivery date and your tracking number.
The tracking number will allow you to track the progress of your order and to see when it is expected to arrive. (Please note it may take up to 24 hours in the couriers system to update once picked up)
Please note that delivery estimates are approximate and may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, customs clearance, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Please note that incomplete delivery addresses will delay the dispatch and delivery time.
- When you place your order, please make sure that your delivery address is complete and accurate.
- If you have entered an incomplete or incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible.
- We may be able to change the address before your order is dispatched.
- If your order has already been dispatched, please contact the shipping company to request a redirect.
Please be aware that you may be charged customs fees when you checkout.
- These fees are charged by your local customs office and are not part of our shipping fees.
- The amount of the fee will vary depending on the value of your order and the customs regulations of your country.
- You are responsible for paying any customs fees that are charged.
- If you do not pay the customs fees, your order may be returned to us.
- If your order is returned to us, you will be refunded the purchase price, minus the shipping costs and a $10 handling fee.

Swimwear
Good news, ladies—our swimwear is planet-approved! We use two sustainable fabrics: our buttery soft option is made of 83% recycled nylon and 17% elastane, while our standard fabric consists of 73% recycled polyester and 27% elastane. Feel free to wear our swimwear guilt-free!
Our bikini tops do not include padding—cheeky is our motto!
Yes, all of our swimwear is double-lined for that extra luxe feel.
